The Allen-Bradley 25B-D6P0N114 drive is part of the PowerFlex 525 series of adjustable frequency AC drives. This drive’s output power rating is 2.2 kW or 3.0 HP in both normal and heavy-duty applications, and its output current rating is 6.0 Amperes. The 25B-D6P0N114 drive supports Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control, Volts/Hertz (V/Hz) control, Sensorless Vector Control (SVC), Economizer SVC motor control, and Closed Loop Velocity Vector Control technology. This drive can control permanent magnet motors with or without encoders. Its programmable output frequency range is 0-500 Hz. The 25B-D6P0N114 drive has an integrated Human-Machine Interface or HMI module with a small keypad. The keypad includes “Start,” “Stop,” “Forward,” “Reverse,” and “Jog” keys. The 25B-D6P0N114 drive also has a built-in potentiometer for motor speed control. The HMI also has an LCD screen that operators can use to monitor the drive’s operation status. This drive accommodates both local and remote operation options. The 25B-D6P0N114 drive has an open type of enclosure with an IP20 rating. Its approximate dimensions are 6.77 inches in length, 2.83 inches in width, and 5.98 inches in height. The 25B-D6P0N114 drive has Ethernet and USB ports for connecting to other devices. The 25B-D6P0N114 drive can withstand temperatures of up to 60 degrees Celsius with output derating and up to 50 degrees Celsius with no output derating. This drive can withstand temperatures of up to 70 degrees Celsius with output derating and with an optional control module fan kit. The 25B-D6P0N114 adjustable frequency AC drive comes with an EMC filter.
