Allen Bradley manufactured the 25B-D043N114 is a PowerFlex 525 series adjustable frequency drive. This drive is robust, and it offers a low-cost drive solution that can implement motor control, speed control, and protective functions using a variety of control methods and supplemental features, including volts/hertz, sensorless vector control (SVC), closed-loop velocity vector control, and permanent magnet motor control. Additionally, it comes with some other vital features such as point-stop, closed-loop feedback with an optional encoder card, point-to-point positioning mode for positioning control, and integral proportional integral derivative (PID) control, allowing the drive to control up to two (2) control loops automatically. It features motor speed control and dynamic braking, making it appropriate for a wide range of applications, including standalone equipment and simple system integration. It provides sensorless vector control, permanent magnet motor control, and closed loop velocity control as motor control choices. It also enables basic position control via the StepLogic program and standard safe torque-off to protect equipment and employees and to enable speedier resuming. It is equipped with an EMC filter and is intended to be positioned vertically (upright) on a flat surface. This drive offers an input voltage range of 380 to 480 volts AC and a frequency range of 47 to 63 hertz. It provides 0 to 460 volts AC, 0-500 hertz fully programmable frequency, 43 amps current, and power of 22 kW (30 HP) for regular operation and 18.5 kW (25 HP) for heavy-duty operation. The 25B-D043N114 AFD is built to last and is effective for demanding industrial uses.
