The 25B-D030N114 drive is an Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 525 series AC drive. It is used for motor control applications. When the 25B-D030N114 drive is connected to a motor, it can control motor parameters that include the motor’s speed, torque, and position. Using the drive in combination with a motor provides accuracy for the motor’s application, which supports high levels of precision in production and manufacturing applications. The 25B-D030N114 drive is designed to operate with 380 to 480 Volts AC input. When connected to a 3-phase AC source, the drive can operate with its full ratings, and when it is connected to a single-phase AC source, the drive can only operate with a 35% rating. When working in normal duty applications, the 25B-D030N114 drive is capable of delivering 20 Horsepower or 15 kilowatts of output power. When working in heavy-duty applications, it is capable of delivering 15 Horsepower or 11 kilowatts of output power. The output current rating is 30 Amps. The hardware overcurrent limit is 200%. The 25B-D030N114 AC drive comes in a NEMA enclosure. Its protection rating is IP20, which means that it is protected from small amounts of dust, but is not protected from liquids.
