The 25B-D013N104 is an AC drive from Allen-Bradley's Powerflex 520 series. It has an input voltage rating of 380 to 480 volts AC at 50/60 hertz and an output voltage rating of 480 volts AC at 50/60 hertz. The power factor is 0.98, making it an efficient drive. The 25B-D013N104 is a three-phase alternating current (AC) drive with a power rating of 5.5 kilowatts (7.5 horsepower) both for normal, and heavy load operations. The 25B-D013N104 includes seven sink/source discrete inputs, one N.O. and one N.C. contacts, two digital / optocoupler discrete outputs, two analog inputs 0-10VDC; 0-20 milliamps, and one analog input 0-10VDC; 0-20 milliamps. This drive has several programmable stop modes, including ramp, coast, DC-brake, and ramp-to-stop. It also includes four individually programmable acceleration and deceleration times, with each parameter ranging from 0 to 600 seconds in 0.01-second increments. This drive uses a bunch of control methods including sinusoidal PWM, voltage per hertz (V/Hz), sensorless vector control, economizer svc motor control, closed-loop velocity vector control, surface mount, and interior permanent magnet motor (without encoder), interior permanent magnet motor (with encoder) control methods. The 25B-D013N104 includes a high-quality integrated display, an integrated keypad, LED lights for signaling, and a potentiometer. The 25B-D013N104 AC drive does not come standard with EMC filters. The 25B-D013N104's controller and power modules are removable, making mounting and installation easier. The drive is designed for mounting and requires a NEMA-certified open-type IP20 class enclosure. The 25B-D013N104's length, width, and depth measurements are 8.66 x 7.24 x 4.29 inches, respectively.
