The Allen-Bradley 25B-D010N114 is a PowerFlex 525 adjustable frequency drive designed to control motors in industrial settings. This drive is powered by a 3-phase input supply voltage between 380 and 480 VAC, and it has an output power of 0 to 460 VAC, 3-phase with a rated current of 10.5 A and a power capacity of 4.0 kW (5.0 HP). This product mainly allows users to start and stop the engine, change directions, or jog while giving them fine control over the pace. Impressively, the drive's output frequency may be adjusted anywhere from 0 to 500 Hz to perfectly meet any need. The 25B-D010N114 is unique in that it can be controlled in a variety of ways, including by Volts/Hertz, Sensorless Vector Control (SVC), Closed-loop Velocity Vector Control, and support for Permanent Magnet motor control, giving users more leeway in achieving their desired motor performance characteristics, such as torque control. Safety features, including Safe-Torque Off (STO) capabilities, are built into this drive as well, making it suitable for use in production environments. In addition to its built-in RS485 and Ethernet connection connectors, this adjustable frequency drive supports the optional Profibus, Ethernet, and DeviceNet protocols, expanding its connectivity options. This drive is a B-frame model with an IP20/NEMA UL Open Type enclosure classification, making it suitable for panel-mount applications. The board's extensive I/O interface allows it to be used in various control applications. It has seven discrete inputs, two opto outputs, two relay outputs, two analog inputs, and one analog output.
