Allen-Bradley 25A-D030N104 is a 3-phase standard AC drive with PowerFlex 523 featuring an electronic assembly that is powered 323-528 volts AC; it has a motor voltage output of 0-460 VAC, an output frequency of 0-500 hertz with a typical efficiency of 97.5%, an output current of 30 amperes, and a dual output power rating of 15 kilowatts (20 HP) for regular duty operation and 11 kilowatts (15 HP) for heavy-duty operation. The 25A-D030N104 is a D-size frame drive; its human interface module is a 5-digit LCD. The remote keypad is used for input, and the built-in USB connector provides MainsFree programming, allowing one to connect the control module directly to a computer to upload, download, or flash the drive's settings. The 25A-D030N104 also has an integrated RS-485 communication interface that supports both the drive serial interface (DSI) and the Modbus RTU protocols. This drive has five 24V digital inputs, four of which are programmable, one PTC input, one unipolar voltage input or current input, and one form C relay output. The 25A-D030N104 drive supports standard volts/hertz control and sensorless vector control. The volts/hertz control is the simplest form of motor control and is typically employed for applications requiring constant torque across a broad speed range. Sensorless vector control is an advanced form of motor control that improves torque performance and lowers energy consumption. This drive includes the Zero stacking function, which allows you to conserve space, and it has an IP20, or NEMA type open enclosure that is merely installed with screws. It has an operational temperature range of -20 to 50 degrees Celsius.
