The 1785-L20E is an Ethernet programmable controller by Allen-Bradley which has a 16K word SRAM and it is connected to the I/O chassis controller for controlling the inputs and outputs. The controller has a 25-pin D serial port for communication which supports the EIA RS-2332C and RS-423 serial connection. It also has a 15-pin Ethernet port which has a transmission speed of 10 MB for connecting to various devices on the network and communicating with them. The 1785-L20E has an approximate weight of 1.43 Kg and it can sustain a shock of 30G.
