There are a number of features that you may find on the 1771-KA2 module. These include the amplifying commands for uploads and downloads, PC data table size altering ability, “Daisy Chain” as well as memory write-protection. Your 1771-KA2 Communication Adaptor Module is the module responsible for the control of all processor and programming terminal exchanges. You will find that there is a communication rate of 9600 baud through the module and the receiving and module entry circuitry provides optical electrical isolation. It is possible to operate without any need for the connection to the interface of the program. All the interfacing is done from the memory control of this 1771 KA2 module.
