Other Available Revisions for the 1771-IBNK 1771-IBNK//A
The Allen Bradley 1771-IBNK is a Digital DC Input Module with the 32 input points maximum grouped into 4 sets of 8. It is in the 10 to 60 Volt voltage category. Compatible with the 1771-WN wiring arm, which eliminates the need for wiring disconnections, this module can be installed in a 1771 input/output chassis. Since it occupies a single slot width, this module can be installed in any slot on the chassis except for the one at the extreme left, which is reserved to accommodate processors or adapters. It is operational within the 10 to 30 Volt DC range averaging 6 (±2) millisecond delays both in ON and OFF states.
The 1771-IBNK module has conformal coating which seeks to protect it from damage by contaminants and humidity. This module also has an input filtering feature which aids in minimizing the effects of contact bounce and electrical noise. It has a backplane current load of 280 milliamps and a maximum current of 1.7 milliamps in the OFF state. Its device compatibility includes panel switching devices like pushbuttons and selector switches in addition to source-switching devices such as electro-mechanical transmitters and dry contact switches.
1771-IBNK modules remain operational between the 0 to 60 degrees Celsius temperature range and can be stored at an even greater range of -40 to 85 degrees Celsius. The relative humidity which they work best with is 5 to 95% without condensation. They are equipped with 32 status indicator lights found on the panel at the front of the module that are helpful when troubleshooting. They are 3.5 x 6.5 x 2.0 inches in dimension.
