This device is used to integrate programmable logic controller (PLC) and programmable automation controller (PAC) controller data. It is applied to display the system's measuring and control points in text or graphical format. The analog resistive touchscreen interface provides the user or operator with an additional input interface. Using the 2711P-T7C22A9P's graphic and text displays, the user can display the operational status of a device or process motion. The 2711P-T7C22A9P's control system is interacted with via touchscreen or keypad. The remote user terminal is also capable of displaying images without an active monitor. The 2711P-T7C22A9P has a license that facilitates a client connection to the terminal without requiring any additional writing. The 2711P-T7C22A9P features two (2) Ethernet communication ports that support linear, star, and device level ring (DLR) topologies for inter-controller data exchange. It also features three (3) USB ports. Its process visualization is displayed on a 6.5-inch color TFT screen with 640 x 480 VGA resolution and 18-bit color graphics. The display is equipped with a brightness-adjustable illumination. This backlight component is not replaceable but dims to half luminance after 50,000 hours of operation. This same terminal utilizes a battery for the real-time clock, which is designed to provide up to four (4) years of backup power. This real-time device provides accurate system time and data within 2 minutes per month. Its operating temperature ranges from 0 to 55 degrees Celsius (32 to 131 °F). This product has a NEMA/UL Type 12, 13, 4X enclosure with an IP66 protection rating.
