Allen-Bradley's 2711P-T7C21D8S operator terminal belongs to the PanelView Plus 7 family. This operator terminal has a 6.5-inch color display with a viewing area of 132 x 99 millimeters and a 640 x 480 VGA resolution in 18-bit color graphics with a 4:3 aspect ratio. An analog resistive touch input area is installed on the same display screen, allowing the operator to directly contact the appropriate runtime object to initiate control, navigating, data modification, and other functions. This embedded touch interface can withstand up to 1 million strokes with an equivalent force of 100 grams. The 2711P-T7C21D8S runs on an external power supply with a nominal voltage of 24 volts DC and a range of 18-30VDC. It has a maximal power consumption of 50 watts. A panel cut-out measuring 142 x 184 mm (5.59 x 7.24 in) must be created when installing this operator terminal flush-mounted to an enclosure. It also includes 512 megabytes of random access memory (RAM), 512 megabytes of storage, and 80 megabytes of user memory for file storage. In addition, external SD cards and USB flash devices can be installed to increase the amount of available storage space. It operates between 0 to 55 degrees Celsius (32 and 131 degrees Fahrenheit) with 5 to 95% non-condensing relative humidity and is stored between -25 to 70 degrees Celsius (-13 and 158 degrees Fahrenheit). It is designed to withstand operational shocks of 15G and vibrations of 2G between 57 and 600 hertz. It has NEMA 4X, 12, and 13 protected housing and is cUL-us, ATEX, CE, KCC, and RoHS certified.
