The 2711P-T10C21D8S is a human-machine interface (HMI) device belonging to the PanelView Plus 7 operator terminal family; this operator terminal offers real-time monitoring and control interface installation on the manufacturing floor. It offers dynamic representation on the 10.4-inch color display screen as well as simple control on the touch-sensitive screen. The 2711P-T10C21D8S HMI features 512 megabytes (MB) of RAM, 512 megabytes of normal storage, and 80 megabytes of non-volatile storage for applications. The operator terminal has a colored TFT LCD screen with a display area of 211 x 158 mm and an 800 x 600 SVGA resolution in 18-bit color graphics. The screen is an analog resistive touch screen membrane with a 1 million actuation lifespan and a recommended actuation of 100 grams. It includes a non-replaceable backlight with a 50,000-hour operational lifespan at an operating temperature of 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit) at half-brightness. The 2711P-T10C21D8S is suited for applications that require information to be monitored, controlled, and displayed in real time. The operational temperature range for the 2711P-T10C21D8S is 0 to 55 degrees Celsius, while the storage temperature range is -25 to 70 degrees Celsius. The maximum working altitude for the 2711P-T10C21D8S is 2000 m (meters) with a non-condensing relative humidity of 5 to 95%. It has a shock resistance of 15 G at 11 milliseconds when functioning and 30 G at 11 milliseconds when not operating. The unit also has an IP66 enclosure protecting the device from harsh conditions, including dust particles and water from any direction.
