The Allen-Bradley 2711P-K6M5A operator interface terminal is intended to make control and monitoring chores easier in commercial settings. This terminal has an operator-friendly visual interface with a 5.7-inch grayscale TFT LCD monochrome display that has a resolution of 320 x 240. It uses a keypad as its input mechanism and provides users with function keys for navigation, numeric input, and customization. It can effectively store and process data because of its 256 MB of non-volatile flash memory and 512 MB of RAM. A Secure Digital (SD) card may expand storage externally. The terminal is protected from dust and liquids by a durable casing that complies with NEMA Type 12, 13, 4x, and IEC IP66 requirements. Its flexibility in data transport is increased by connecting options, including an RS-232 communication connector and a USB port. It is 10.47 x 3.86 x 6.58 inches in size overall and has a battery-operated clock for precise timekeeping. The operating voltage range for this terminal is 18 to 30 V DC and 100 to 240 V AC, with a maximum power consumption limit of 15 W for DC and 35 VA for AC. It is stored between -13 and 158 degrees Fahrenheit and provides dependable operation throughout a temperature range of 32 to 131 degrees because of its sturdy design. It can endure shocks with an operational shock tolerance of 15 g at 11 milliseconds and a non-operating shock tolerance of 30 g at 11 milliseconds. With a predicted lifetime of 25,000 hours at 77 degrees Fahrenheit, the white LED lighting guarantees durability.
