The 2711C-T10C operator terminal is an Allen-Bradley’s PanelView C1000 range product, and it is designed for high-end applications that utilize Ethernet or serial connections. This device has a color transmissive TFT and an active-matrix LCD that can communicate with the majority of the controllers and programming interfaces. It is designed to communicate with MicroLogix, SLC500, and Micro800 controllers. This operator terminal may be built to provide intuitive monitoring and control, alarm handling features, trending, system security, and other HMI-related operations. The 2711C-T10C operator interface has a 10-inch touchscreen display and may be accessed via a web browser via an Ethernet connection using an emulator address. It contains a lithium battery (Li-ion) on the back of the machine that offers battery backup for the real-time clock, allowing the operations to be saved there. It identifies the process using a CCFL indicator. Aside from a USB connector for memory cards, it features an upgraded add-on that can also be used as an SD card. The 2711C-T10C is powered by a 24 Volt DC external source voltage and consumes 18 watts of power. It is cULus, CE, and C-Tick certified. During panel installation, the terminal temperature must be greater than 32 degrees Fahrenheit. It also includes the possibility of alerting the operators via alarm messages based on various criteria. It is the most advanced interface component, with a screen resolution of 640 x 480. This terminal has a backlight life of more than 50,000 hours. This operator terminal can be positioned vertically against the panel or at a 45-degree inclination.
