The PanelView Component terminal series is a series of 9 Panelview interface terminals that have been designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. These terminals serve as operator interfaces for devices connected to controllers, and they can be used for device control and device monitoring. The PanelView Component terminals are available with touchscreen or keypad input options. Some PanelView Component terminals with keypads have only basic keypads with function keys while others have navigation keys and control keys in addition to the function keys. Additionally, some PanelView Component touchscreen terminals have only touchscreens while others have touchscreens and keypads. Some of the PanelView Component terminals have monochrome graphics while others have color graphics. The display sizes available on PanelView Component terminals include display sizes of 2 inches, 3 inches, 4 inches, 5.7 inches, or 10.4 inches. The backlights for all of the PanelView Component terminals are designed to have long operating lifespans, but none of the backlights are replaceable. The screen resolutions supported by PanelView Component terminals include 122 x 32 pixels for 2-inch displays, 128 x 64 pixels for 3-inch displays, 480 x 272 pixels for 4-inch displays, 320 x 240 pixels for 5.7-inch displays, and 640 x 480 pixels for 10.4-inch displays. The PanelView Component terminals all have real-time clocks. Some of the real-time clocks support battery backup, and some do not. The terminals in the PanelView Component series are DC-powered and they operate with input voltage ranges of 18 to 30 Volts DC and nominal input voltage ratings of 24 Volts DC.
