This versatile operator interface panel has a range of features suitable for industrial machine control applications. It operates with an AC input voltage range from 85 to 264V AC. The device's maximum power consumption is 45 VA. Users can interact with the 2711-B5A5 operator panel through a keypad and touchscreen. The 2711-B5A5 terminal has both a keypad and touchscreen for flexibility and ease of use. The terminal’s display is 5.5 inches wide with a display resolution of 256 x 128 pixels and an LED backlight with a lifespan of 100,000 hours. This display supports blue monochrome graphics. The 2711-B5A5 terminal’s touchscreen is a durable touchscreen with a 1-million press actuation rating. Additionally, the 2711-B5A5 terminal’s integrated real-time clock ensures accurate timekeeping for applications that require synchronized operations. The 2711-B5A5 operator panel is equipped with 170 KB of RAM and 240 KB of non-volatile memory. The 2711-B5A5 terminal has a DH-485 RS-232 port for communication. It has no RS-232 printer port. For protection from moisture and dust, the 2711-B5A5 operator panel can support enclosures with protection ratings of NEMA Type 12, 13, or 4X or IEC IP45 or IP65. It can operate within a wide temperature range, from 0 to 55°C. The 2711-B5A5 operator panel’s storage temperature range extends from -20 to 70°C. Its tolerable relative humidity range is between 5% and 95% without condensation in operation and in storage. The 2711-B5A5 operator panel is compatible with ATA memory cards if it requires additional memory to store application data.
