The Allen-Bradley 2711-K10C8 is an industrial operator terminal that communicates with PLCs and SLCs. This Panelview 1000 series operator terminal supports alarm handling, multiple language options, screen security features, ATA cards, and analog gauges. It comes with a 10-inch color TFT display and a keypad for operator input. The display area is 211 x 158 millimeters or 8.3 x 6.2 inches. The display resolution is 640 x 480 pixels. The backlight for the 2711-K10C8 terminal’s display is replaceable and has a 50,000-hour working life. A real-time clock, backed up by a battery, provides timestamps for critical data for the 2711-K10C8 terminal. The 2711-K10C8 terminal has 310 KB of memory for application runtime and 1008 KB of nonvolatile memory for application objects and bitmaps. The 2711-K10C8 terminal is equipped with a built-in DH+ communication port as well as an RS-232 interface that acts as a printer port and supports speeds of 1200 kbps to 19200 kbps. The 2711-K10C8 terminal accepts AC input and operates at 85 to 264 Volts AC with 47 to 63 Hertz of frequency. The terminal’s maximum power consumption rating is approximately 55 VA.
