The PanelView Standard 1000 graphic terminals from Allen-Bradley are standard operator interface terminals that can be used to control applications, monitor applications, and display data. These terminals support enhanced user interaction with machines. The Panelview 1000 terminals have 10-inch grayscale or color display screens with a 640 x 480 resolution. Operators can input commands through the keypad or touchscreen on a Panelview 1000 terminal. Some Panelview 1000 terminals have touchscreens, some have keypads, and some have both. These terminals have versatile voltage options. The Panelview 1000 terminals with touchscreens have activation ratings of 1 million presses for their touchscreens. Their touchscreens have 384 touch cells. The Panelview 1000 terminals with keypads have stainless steel and domed membrane keypads. Their keypads also have activation ratings of 1 million presses. Some Panelview 1000 terminals operate at 85 to 264 Volts AC, and some operate at 85 to 32 Volts DC. The Panelview 1000 terminals are equipped with 1008 KB of flash memory. These terminals are designed to be lightweight. The touchscreen grayscale models weigh about 3.2 kilograms and the keypad grayscale models weigh about 3.3 kilograms. Additionally, the touchscreen color models weigh about 3.6 kg and the keypad color models weigh about 3.7 kg. Their sleek design saves valuable mounting space, and they can be mounted with 6 mounting clips. The Panelview 1000 terminals come with several ports, including 1 RS-232 printer port and a variety of communication port options. Panelview 1000 terminals are available with Ethernet, RIO, DH-485, Devicenet, Controlnet, and DH+ ports.
