It is unique in the MPL series and offers nine frame sizes to meet a range of application requirements. It can run at speeds up to 8000 rpm and accepts input voltages of 230 and 460 Volts AC. With adaptable features like a keyless shaft, shaft sealing kits, or the choice of a 24 Volt DC brake, versatility shows. With its 1024 sin/cos signal output, the MPL-B540K-MK72AA boasts an absolute multi-turn feedback encoder that uses the Hiperface protocol to increase precision. With a rotor inertia of 0.00147 kilos per square meter and a rotor operating at a smooth 460 volts AC input voltage, it produces a powerful 5.4 kilowatts of power at a maximum speed of 4000 rpm. Its 165 millimeter frame houses a 101.6 millimeter (4 inch) magnetic stack. A factory-installed IEC metric mounting flange with specific FF mounting holes is included as standard equipment. Notably, it doesn't include a brake, shaft key, or shaft seal. It is resistant to dust and has an IP 54 protection grade, making it a reliable option for industrial settings with moderate shock and vibration levels and suitable for spaces with unrestricted ventilation. The MPL-B540K-MK72AA uses SpeedTec DIN connections to ensure strong cable connectivity, further enhancing its dependability.
