The MPL-B320P-SJ74AA servo motor was designed by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation for applications in industrial automation systems. This servo motor is part of the Allen-Bradley MPL series of low-inertia servo motors, and it is a rotary servo motor with permanent magnet technology. It features a 2-inch magnet stack that contains rare-earth permanent magnets. The MPL-B320P-SJ74AA servo motor supports secure connections to cables and connectors, and it has circular DIN connectors that are designed at right angles and can be rotated up to 180 degrees to accommodate cables. All of the MPL-B320P-SJ74AA servo motor’s cables should be connected with drip loops that lead moisture and condensation away from the cable connection points. This servo motor was designed to operate with a voltage rating of 460 Volts AC and a rated speed of 5000 rpm.
