Allen-Bradley developed the MPL-A430P-SJ72AA servo motor is a Kinetix bulletin MP series, low inertia, high output servo motor. It uses rare-earth magnets to offer maximum torque and efficiency in operational situations. The motor is very powerful and is made to work in tough situations in many fields, like robots, machine tools, and packaging. This 200V voltage class rated servo motor has a frame size of 100 mm and a magnet stack length of 76.2 mm (3 inches). This motor has a maximum working rotational speed of 5000 rev/min. It is pre-installed with a 1024 sin/cos absolute single-turn encoder that employs the Hiperface or Stegmann protocol for position feedback. It features onboard memory, permitting the motor to keep its identity and communicate with suitable partner devices via a standard communication protocol. This servo motor does not come with a shaft seal. The servo motor's environmental classification without a shaft seal is IP55. However, it meets IP66 when equipped with the necessary shaft seal, protecting it against any types of dust or water content.
