The MPL-A430P-HJ22AA servo motor is an MPL series permanent-magnet rotary servo motor made by Allen-Bradley This motor has an output power rating of 2200 Watts. The MPL-A430P-HJ22AA motor can operate at 5000 RPM of rated speed. It can operate on 230 Volts AC of rated input voltage, produces 5.99 N-m of continuous stall torque, and operates on 16.8 A of continuous stall current. The MPL-A430P-HJ22AA servo motor can also produce 19.8 N-m of peak stall torque and operate on 67 Amps of peak stall current in some applications. The MPL-A430P-HJ22AA motor has a brushless design and high-energy rare-earth magnets that support quick acceleration in a variety of applications. The MPL-A430P-HJ22AA motor’s rare-earth magnets are installed in a 3-inch stack. The 2000-line type of encoder of the MPL-A430P-HJ22AA servo motor provides accurate feedback. This motor’s winding technology allows it to support high torque levels during operation, and this winding technology includes advanced winding insulation that supports efficient heat transfer and thermal management. This motor has onboard memory that retains its identity. The MPL-A430P-HJ22AA motor comes with bayonet connectors that are circular, and that face the motor shaft. This motor can achieve an IP66 protection rating if a protective seal is installed on its shaft. This seal wears out over time and needs to be replaced periodically to maintain the IP66 protection rating. A shaft seal is not necessary in most standard applications for the MPL-A430P-HJ22AA servo motor. The MPL-A430P-HJ22AA motor has no brake. Stainless steel fasteners are recommended for installing the motor on a machine. The MPL-A430P-HJ22AA low-inertia servo motor is CE-marked and meets the UL and CSA standards.
