The MPF-B330P-MJ74BA servo motor is part of the Allen-Bradley MPF product line in the MP series. It has several of the same features and specifications as the Allen-Bradley MPL low-inertia servo motors. The MPF-B330P-MJ74BA servo motor also has special features that make it a food-grade servo motor suitable for use in food and beverage applications. Food-grade grease is available for the MPF-B330P-MJ74BA servo motor, and its shaft is made of stainless steel. This servo motor also supports a keyed shaft extension, and the shaft key is also made of stainless steel. The MPF-B330P-MJ74BA servo motor’s voltage class is the 400V class, and it operates at 460V AC. It operates with absolute feedback from a multi-turn type of encoder. The MPF-B330P-MJ74BA servo motor’s DIN connector is a SpeedTec type of DIN connector. This servo motor comes with a brake, and the brake is rated at 24V DC. This brake is a holding brake that can hold the MPF-B330P-MJ74BA motor’s shaft still at 0 RPM until the brake holding torque rating is reached, but it should not be used to stop shaft rotation or as a safety device. The rated speed of the MPF-B330P-MJ74BA servo motor is 5000 RPM. This food-grade motor has a 3-inch magnet stack.
