The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation 2094-BC02-M02-S integrated axis module from the Kinetix 6000 drive series is an important Kinetix 6000 drive system component. This module can be used in a Kinetix 6000 series multi-axis drive system in drive, motor, and actuator applications. This 400V AC-class integrated axis module has a converter section and an inverter section. The 2094-BC02-M02-S module’s converter section ratings are 15 kilowatts and 23 Amps, and its inverter section ratings are 6.6 kilowatts and 15 Amps. The 2094-BC02-M02-S integrated axis module has a safe torque-off feature. It can support an optional AC line filter. Its rms 3-phase AC input voltage range is 324 to 528V AC, and its nominal voltage range is 360 to 480V AC. The 2094-BC02-M02-S module also supports an AC input frequency range between 47 and 63 Hertz. The module’s main AC input current ratings are 24 Amps (nominal, rms) and 20 Amps of maximum 0-pk inrush current. The 2094-BC02-M02-S integrated axis module supports 458 to 747V DC of DC input voltage and 24 Amps of DC input current for the common bus follower. Its nominal bus output voltage rating is 650V DC, and it can support 275V DC of bus undervoltage and 825V DC of bus overvoltage. The 2094-BC02-M02-S module’s internal shunt ratings are 50 Watts for continuous power and 5600 Watts for peak power. The module’s internal shunt resistor is rated at 115 Ohms. The peak power output rating of the 2094-BC02-M02-S module is 30 kW. This integrated axis module can operate with 95 to 97% efficiency.
