Allen Bradley manufactured the 2094-AM02-S axis module belongs to the Kinetix 6000 multi-axis servo drive family, and it has an inbuilt safe torque-off functionality. This module comes with a response time of fewer than 25 milliseconds. The 2094-AM02-S axis module’s output is disabled when the circuit is tripped, eliminating the torque from the motor without shutting down the entire machine. The 2094-AM02-S axis module is a versatile solution for demanding motion applications, providing extensive control capabilities in a small package. Its modular architecture simplifies layout, allowing for quick and simple installation, configuration, operation, and diagnostics. It is intended for use in a wide range of industrial services, such as packaging, machine handling, food and beverage, automation and machine tools. It is a small, light drive that is simple to install and maintain. This axis module also has several advanced features, and its advanced motion control comprises electronic gearing, cam tables, and position synchronization, and it has integrated EtherNet/IP communication for easy connection to PLCs and other devices. The integrated diagnostics assist in rapidly and simply troubleshooting problems. The nominal 3.4 kW (kilowatts) continuous power output, 230 volts voltage rating, and 15 amps INV continuous current (RMS) of the 200 volts class. It should not be installed in regions where the ambient temperature is more than 50 degrees Celsius (122 degrees Fahrenheit, this drive operates from 0 to 55 degrees Celsius (32 to 131 degrees Fahrenheit), the humidity rangers from 5-95 percent. This device is typically mounted utilizing a DIN power mounting configuration.
