Allen Bradley manufactured the 2094-AC09-M02-S is a Kinetix 6000 product family based integrated axis module (IAM). The 2094-AC09-M02-S module comes with a 6 kW (kilowatts) converter 15 amps inverter that operates from 200 to 230 volts. It has a frequency range of 47 to 63 hertz, an AC input voltage range of 195 to 264 volts RMS, a line loss ride through of 20 milliseconds, and a nominal bus output voltage of 325 volts DC. The DC input current on a common-bus follower is 19 amps, and the DC input voltage ranges from 275 to 375 volts DC. It has a nominal AC input current of 19 amps RMS and a maximum inrush current of 37 amps (0-pk). The 2094-AC09-M02-S includes safe-torque off (STO) capability. Aside from the connectors on the module's front panel, the 2094-AC09-M02-S uses SERCOS and DPI connections located near the bottom of the module and is protected by a removable access door. This module has two SERCOS connectors, one SERCOS transmit (Tx) connector and another one is SERCOS receive (Rx) connector, as well as a single DPI connector for connecting optional peripherals and modules. This module also uses a solid-state motor overload protection option, a copper power wire with a minimum temperature rating of 75 degrees Celsius (167 degrees Fahrenheit), an ideal wire size of 6 to 4 millimeters squared (10 to 12 AWG), and a strip length of 10 millimeters (0.38 inch) should be utilized. An earth-ground connection is necessary for optimum operation and safety. It is both UL-listed and CE-compliant.
