Allen-Bradley developed the Kinetix 6000 servo drives, which are multi-axis servo drives engineered to improve system performance while saving money and time. These servo drives are uniquely designed to make machine programming, wiring, diagnostics, and operation faster and easier, decreasing the time required for designing and installation while also offering flexibility for more demanding motion operations. They can be modified in several ways to fit each application's unique requirements. The Kinetix 6000 multi-axis servo drives are designed to provide the ideal Kinetix integrated motion solution for the appropriate drive, motor, or actuator applications. These drives often require the use of the proper 3-phase AC configurations with/without line interface modules (LIMs) and the appropriate DC common-bus configurations. The Kinetix 6000 servo drives are designed to be easy to use and give a remarkable performance with their efficient and small design, as well as integrated multi-axis motion via the Logix system and various inputs with axis enable home, overtravel, and registration inputs. These drives have continuous electrical power from 0.3 to 3 kilowatts. The Kinetix 6000 servo drives also include an input voltage range of 195 to 265 volts AC or 324 to 528 volts AC, an input frequency range of 47 to 63 hertz, a velocity loop bandwidth of 500 hertz, and a current loop bandwidth of 1300 hertz. They include advanced control choices, such as multi-turn absolute encoders, built-in safe torque-off capabilities, and a peak enhancement setting option.
