The 193-EEJF is a product type of a Relay Device. It is an integral part of Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation's E1 Plus improved electronic overload relay line, and it's made to provide accurate and dependable motor protection in industrial settings. This 3-phase relay's wide current range of 40 to 200 Amps and kilowatt rating of 22 kW to 110 kW at 415 Volts provide flexibility in motor sizes and power needs. It provides customized motor protection through various trip classes (10, 15, 20, or 30), automatic and manual reset choices, and a contactor size compatible with Bulletin 100-D115 to D180. This relay has an IP 20 certification and can handle 1000 VAC. Thus, it offers substantial electrical safety. Its broad current adjustment ratio of 5:1 helps simplify inventory management and expedite routine maintenance. Its low heat output also keeps panels and switchboards cool, preventing them from overheating. The relay is self-contained. Thus, there is no need for an external power source. The integrated advanced phase failure detector improves motor protection in as few as three seconds. Its 17-volt, 5-milliamp connections are ideal for use with PLCs, as they are low-voltage suitable. The trip and alarm connections on the 193-EEJF relay make it easy to set up in a control system. The Bulletin 100-C contactor is a key component in industrial automation because of its unique latching mechanism and strengthened power connection, which improves the mechanical relationship between the two.
