The 1756-LSC8XIB8I is a ControlLogix digital counter module from Allen-Bradley. The module features 8 individually isolated inputs and it operates with a voltage of between 10 and 30 Volts DC, although the nominal operating voltage is capped at 24 Volts DC. Connections to the 1756-LSC8XIB8I are made through either a cage-clamp (1756-TBCH) or a spring-clamp (1756-TBS6H) removable terminal block. The terminal blocks accommodate a 14 AWG stranded copper wire with a minimum temperature rating of 105 degrees Celsius. The 1756-LSC8XIB8I draws a current of 275 mA from the backplane at 5.1 Volts DC and 3.0 mA at 24 Volts DC.
