The 1756-IN16 is an AC digital input module from Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley. The module has 16 inputs. The 1756-IN16 operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30 Volts AC. The isolation also works between the chassis backplane and the inputs, but the isolation does not work between inputs. The 1756-IN16 conforms to the IEC 60068-2-1, IEC 60068-2-2, and the IEC 60068-2-14 guidelines on operating in a cold environment, in dry heat, and with a thermal shock, respectively. The guidelines also define the 1756-IN16 non-operating cold, dry heat, and thermal shock ratings. The emissions from the 1756-IN16 fall in the CSPR 11, Class A division.
