The ProSoft MVI69-MNET is a Modbus TCP/IP Communication Module. It has the capacity to support up to 5000 Registers and a single Slot at the same time. In addition to that, it allows for the transfer of ladder logic data and can handle a maximum of one hundred different client instructions. It is possible to connect to any of the Rockwell Automation CompactLogix processors or MicroLogix processors because it is interoperable with both of those families of processors. It is intended to function with a power supply that is compatible with the installation that is being carried out. It is necessary for the chassis to have at least one open slot in order for it to be compatible with the system. In order for the module to operate effectively, it requires a current of 800 mA. When installing the MVI69-MNET, it is recommended that the instructions for installation that are contained in the manuals that are given by the manufacturer be followed. These instructions may be found in the manuals. Furthermore, it is obligatory that the safety criteria stipulated in the regional rules be adhered to at all times. When one is ready to pair the module to the chassis, one will need to make certain that the power is turned off to the system as well as any devices that are considered to be peripheral. Check to make sure that the connections are secure and that they have been done in the correct manner before turning on the power.
