About 1769-L33ERMO

The Allen-Bradley module with part number 1769-L33ERMO is an Armor CompactLogix controller. This controller is compatible for use in machine automation applications which makes it popular to machine builders or Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM). This controller offers standard control, built with flexibility and scalability and support direct installation to the machine and provide protection against dust and water ingress in harsher environments. The 1769-L33ERMO features built-in Dual Ethernet communication ports, integrated power supply installed in an IP67 rated enclosure. It also ships with a detachable Secure Digital (SD) card with catalog number 1784-SD1 which has a 1GB memory. The controllers built-in volatile user memory amounts to 2MB. The controller is added to the hardware configuration interface allowing further configuration and controller setup. For setting the IP address of the Armor CompactLogix controller, BOOTP-DHCP tool may be used wherein the unique MAC address of the controller is tied up to a user defined IP address. The Dual Ethernet communication port of the 1769-L33ERMO supports 10/100 Mbps with auto-negotiation function. It may also be used in different Ethernet topologies such has Device Level Ring (DLR) and Linear topology. DLR topology is a fault tolerant connection while linear is a simplex communication setup. The 1769-L33ERMO is provided with LED status indicator mounted on the devicefront panel for easier access. The indicators include RUN, FORCE, I/O, OK, NS, LIMK 1, LINK2 and SD. RUN Led informs the user in the controller in actively executing logic. Under normal event, the LED shall display Green light. FORCE LED informs the user that an I/O force is existing in the user program. I/O status indicator generally depicts the state of the connection and the quality of connection with the I/O modules. OK status indicator reports whether controller is actively receiving power or if memory card is presently being accessed by the controller. NS indicator pertains to the state of the configuration of the Ethernet port as well as while LINK 1 and LINK2 indicators signals the connection activity between the 2 Ethernet communication ports. The controllers power connections are established via the Two sealed mini-style power connectors operating in parallel allowing daisy-chaining to power other device. The male connector is input power terminal while the female connector is the output power terminal. Similarly, the ethernet connection is established using circular connectors specifically, D-Code M12 Female network connector. The controller is provided with an enclosure access door which provides access to the Controller mode toggle switch, Controller memory card socket, Controller USB port, Controller reset button and Power supply fuse circuitry.
The Allen-Bradley 1769-L33ERMO is an Armor CompactLogix controller. This controller has 2 Mbyte memory, Dual Ethernet communication port and One (1) USB port. It supports 32 Ethernet nodes, and features integrated motion capability supporting up to Eight (8) axes.
