The 1769-IF4XOF2 is an analog combination module that belongs to the 1769 CompactLogix product family. The 1769-IF4XOF2 is compatible with analog input signal ranges of 0-21 mA and 0-10.5VDC with nominal input signal level of 0-20 mA and 0-10VDC. Being an 8-bit resolution module, this module may be used in less critical applications as accuracy is significantly lowered. The modules analog to digital converter is of Successive Approximation type with Response Speed per Channel of 5 ms. The input channels has overall accuracy that varies according to temperature. At 25C, the modules accuracy is 0.7% full scale at Voltage terminal and 0.6% full scale at Current terminal. At 0 to 60C, the modules overall accuracy is 0.9% full scale at voltage terminal and 0.8% full scale at Current terminal. Accuracy drift with reference to temperature is 0.006% per C for Voltage terminal and 0.006% per C for Current terminal. The input channels does not require calibration. It exhibits non-linearity expressed in percent full scale of 0.4% and Repeatability of 0.4%. The input channels is built with channel diagnostics specifically, Over range by bit reporting. The 1769-IF4XOF2 analog output channels are built with a digital to analog converter circuit using Resistor String converter type. Each output channels have a resolution of 8 bits plus sign where sign is always positive. The 1769-IF4XOF2 is designed for operation in Hazardous Environment Class Class I, Division 2, Hazardous Location, Groups A, B, C, D (UL 1604, C-UL under CSA C22.2 No. 213). The modules operating temperature requirement is 0C to +60C or 32F to +140F. while operating shock rating are 30G for 11 ms when panel mounted and 20G for 11 ms for DIN rail mounted modules.
