This conversion type is part of the embedded analog to digital (ADC) circuit, used to transform the receive current signal into 16-bit resolution binary data. Specifically, this conversion resolution can convert over 0-21 mA with 0.32 _A/cnt. This module also has an absolute accuracy of 0.1% Full Scale @ 25 ¡C or 77 ¡F with accuracy drift of 30 ppm/¡C. Selectable update rates include 120 ms at Notch for 50 Hz, 24 ms at Notch for 250 Hz, 12 ms @ Notch for 500 Hz and 100 ms at Notch for 60 Hz as the default setting.This module is also provided with a digital filter time constant with selectable range of 0-10000 ms with default setting of 0 ms. The converted data of the ADC circuitry is saved in Signed Integer format, having a raw numerical range of -32767 to +32768. This raw data needs further processing to become a user readable and accurately represent the field process variable. This processing is commonly called as scaling. This module automatically creates 6-Byte of data or 3-Word register. The 1734-IE2C requires a mounting terminal base.
