The Allen-Bradley 1760-MM1 module is a memory module designed for the Allen-Bradley Pico Controllers. The Pico system that the 1760-MM1 memory module is a part of is an electronic control relay system that is well suited for a variety of machine applications. This memory module can hold 1 circuit diagram and it is made to be inserted into the host Pico Controller’s interface. It is compatible with the Series B Pico Controllers which can read the memory data. However, the host controller cannot write data to the 1760-MM1 memory module. The 1760-MM1 memory module can even store data in the event of a power failure. It will only lose its data if the data is specifically deleted or overwritten.
The Allen-Bradley Pico Controller 1760-MM1 memory module can store the program, the program’s parameter settings, the text displays, and the system settings such as passwords for the Pico Controller. It can be inserted into or removed from the host controller’s interface slot while the power is on without losing any of its data, but the programs in the memory can only be transferred when the controller is in the “stop” mode. The contents of the memory module can be controlled and accessed through the display screen on the Pico Controller. The 1760-MM1 memory module can be password-protected, and if it is password protected, the password protection is automatically transferred to the Pico Controller and it is immediately active.
