About 1760-LDFC
The 1760-LDFC processor is a DC processor with a Pico-link terminal that has been manufactured by Allen-Bradley and included in the 1760 series of Pico GFX-70 controllers. This controller consists of a programmable device that provides a suitable human-machine interface and switching capabilities both in closed-loop and open-loop control functions. This controller can replace relay and contactor controls. The Allen-Bradley 1760-LDFC DC processor with Pico-link terminal can be attached to a controller with no more than 36 I/O points. If the number of I/O points exceeds that number, the controller needs to be attached to a Pico-link terminal whose main function is to enable the connection of up to 8 processors in what is known as a Pico-link network. Some of the accessories required to create this network are an RJ-45 connector plug, a connector cable, a bus termination resistor, and plugging and unplugging network cables.
