The 1794-IB16 input module has been manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation in the Allen-Bradley Flex I/O series. This module is CE marked and it is approved for use in European Hazardous Locations and European Zone 2 rated industrial locations. The 1794-IB16 input module is also approved for use in North American Hazardous Locations. However, there is a risk of explosion if the 1794-IB16 input module is improperly installed, used, or serviced in a hazardous location.
