The 1794-AENTR dual port EtherNet/IP adapter module is designed and produced by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation and it is part of the Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation FLEX I/O series. The 1794-AENTR module is intended as a means for communication between an Ethernet/IP control system and FLEX I/O devices. The module is part of a FLEX I/O system which offers modularity and flexibility, allowing the system to be used for a variety of applications. The complete FLEX I/O module is made to be installed on a rack and it is built with components like an adapter, terminal base, and I/O module.
