The Allen-Bradley 1794-ACNR module is a Flex I/O ControlNet redundant communications adapter module. The dimensions of the adapter are 87 x 94 x 69 millimeters and the adapter is designed to mount on a DIN rail. The recommended ambient temperature range for adapter operation is -4 to 131 degrees Fahrenheit. The ambient temperature should never be allowed to exceed 131 degrees Fahrenheit. When the 1794-ACNR adapter is not being used or when it is being transported, the ambient temperature should be kept between -40 and 185 degrees Fahrenheit. For power connections to the adapter, Allen-Bradley recommends using 12 AWG stranded cable with 1.2 millimeters of insulation. The nominal input voltage rating is 24 Volts DC and the input voltage range is 19.2 to 31.2 Volts DC.
The I/O module capacity of the 1794-ACNR adapter module is 8 modules. The data rate supported by the adapter is 5 Mbps.
