The 5094-OW4ISXT output module is a safety output module that is designed to be connected to the Allen-Bradley controllers from the GuardLogix 5580 series and the Compact GuardLogix 5380 series. This module and the system that it is part of can be protected from unauthorized access through security methods like passwords or physical barriers like padlocks on cabinets and enclosures or by removing the keys to the controller if the controller uses keys. The 5094-OW4ISXT safety output module has only 4 output points which are relay outputs, and it can use them to control as many as 4 devices at a time.
