The catalog number 5069-OF4 is an order reference for an I/O module that is manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. This analog I/O module is made by Allen-Bradley in the 5069 Compact 5000 I/O series and it can be integrated into industrial systems and used for a variety of applications. The 5069-OF4 module is an analog current/voltage output module with 4 output channels. The 5069-OF4 module offers 0 to 10 Volts and 0 to 5 Volts output ranges for voltage operation. The output ranges for current operating are 0 to 20 milliamps or 4 to 20 milliamps. The 5069-OF4 analog module is capable of detecting open circuits in the current mode and it can detect short circuits in the voltage mode. When detecting a short circuit, the voltage output is limited to 16 milliamps or less. 

The format of the data that the Allen-Bradley 5069-OF4 module handles is the IEEE 32-bit floating point data format. Additionally, the 5069-OF4 module uses the R-Ladder DAC conversion method and it has a scan time of 1 millisecond per group. The module features a repeatability of 0.05% and it offers a maximum overvoltage protection of +32 Volts DC. The 5069-OF4 module has a MOD power current of 75 milliamps and a maximum MOD power pass-through of 9.55 Amps. In addition to that, the SA power current is 150 milliamps and the maximum SA power pass-through is 9.95 Amps. The module is factory calibrated and it can be calibrated by the users if necessary. It should be mentioned that this user-performed calibration method is optional. The 5069-OF4 module has 1 green/red indicator for the module status and 4 yellow/red I/O status indicators.
