The Allen-Bradley 5069-L310ER-NSE CompactLogix 5380 Controller is a member of the Allen-Bradley Logix 5000 family of Programmable Logic Controllers or PLCs. It offers an easy-to-use control solution that can be applied in a wide variety of industrial applications, from standalone process controller applications with a couple of variables, to high-density and high-speed process control applications that are spread out across multiple locations and interconnected through industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP. The Allen-Bradley 5069-L310ER-NSE CompactLogix 5380 Controller can be programmed on site by connecting the users’ computer to the USB 2 port that is built into the device from the factory, and by using any type of user interface such as the structured text and ladder diagram interfaces. The DIN rail mounting option allows this controller enough flexibility to facilitate the installation process in almost any type of industrial setting where it is needed.
The Allen-Bradley 5069-L310ER-NSE CompactLogix 5380 Controller can be powered with the MOD power option or the SA power option, and it operates at a voltage between 0 to 32 Volts DC for the DC SA power option, at a voltage between 0 and 240 Volts AC for the AC SA power option, or at a voltage between 18 and 32 Volts DC for the MOD power option. A maximum of 78 independent Local Compact 5000 I/O modules can be supported by the Allen-Bradley 5069-L310ER-NSE CompactLogix 5380 Controller. This controller has a user memory capacity of 1 MB. This controller can act as the CPU for Allen-Bradley PLCs and it is able to monitor and control up to 32 individual tasks when dealing with continuous application processes and up to 1000 independent tasks when it is dealing with periodic application processes.
