About 5069-ECR
The 5069-ECR end cap is an Allen-Bradley manufactured protective end cap for the CompactLogix and GuardLogix series 5380/5480 modules. It is a safety cap made for the right side of the module and comes with the controller system. It is an end plate accessory and it comes with an open enclosure. It is designed to be compact and light. The CompactLogix 5380 controllers are part of the larger Logix 5000 family of controllers. These controllers help with scaling to meet the demands of different applications and they communicate over the local Ethernet/IP network. The 5380 controllers can be easily mounted using a DIN rail. The 5069-ECR end cap is used on the right side of the last module in the controller. This end cap covers the exposed interconnections of the last module. It also helps to prevent equipment damage and electrical injury and hazards.
The CompactLogix 5380 controller that the 5069-ECR end cap is made for is a smart device and it supports different programming languages including the ladder diagram, structured text, functional block diagram, and sequential flow chart diagram programming languages. The operating temperature should be set between 0 and 60 degrees Celsius for the controller. It is certified with the CE, cULus, KC, and other standards.
