The Allen-Bradley 1732E-8CFGM8R I/O module is an Ethernet/IP I/O module that is part of the 1732 ArmorBlock module series. It has a range of features to support seamless integration and efficient control within automation systems. The 1732E-8CFGM8R module includes Ethernet/IP connectors and power connectors that are designed to simplify the module setup process. This module is a dual-port type of I/O module that can support source outputs and sink inputs. The 1732E-8CFGM8R Ethernet/IP module can also support a Device Level Ring (DLR) topology. This topology ensures network redundancy and supports high levels of availability that are crucial for robust industrial networks. Additionally, the 1732E-8CFGM8R module can support quick-disconnect cord sets. The 1732E-8CFGM8R module supports an on-state input voltage range of 11 to 30V DC, with 24V DC of nominal on-state input voltage. Similarly, the module also supports an 11 to 30V DC on-state output voltage range with 24V DC of nominal output voltage. Each output channel has a maximum rated on-state current of 0.5 A, and the module as a whole can handle a maximum rated on-state current of 4 A. The 1732E-8CFGM8R I/O module supports an IP69K ingress protection rating that makes it suitable for use in demanding industrial environments where exposure to dust and water is common. It does not require an enclosure. The 1732E-8CFGM8R Ethernet/IP I/O module operates reliably within a temperature range from -20°C to 60°C, and it can be stored at temperatures ranging from -40°C to 85°C. Additionally, it can withstand relative humidity levels of up to 95% without condensation in operation and in storage.
