The Allen-Bradley 1336F-B040-AN-EN Plus II Adjustable Frequency AC Drive is engineered to deliver exceptional motor control in industrial settings. With support for input voltages ranging from 380V to 480V AC and a nominal drive power rating of 30 kW (40 HP), it caters to a broad spectrum of applications. This drive relies on digital speed control by modulating motor frequency, ensuring precision and repeatability in operation. It comes equipped with programmable functions that enhance its versatility and adaptability. Safety is a paramount concern, and this drive boasts programmable overcurrent protection with limits adjustable from 20% to 160% of the rated output. Additionally, microprocessor-monitored excessive temperature trips at the drive's heatsink prevent overheating issues. In the event of power loss lasting up to 15 milliseconds, the drive seamlessly continues operation with a 2-second standard Logic control ride-through time, offering robust transient line protection up to 6000 Volts and ground fault protection via the installed Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV). The control modes include selectable standard Volt per Hertz control and Sensorless Vector control (SVC). Output control is achieved through a Sinusoidal PWM signal with a programmable carrier frequency range of 2 to 6 KHz. The output frequency is programmable within a range of 0 to 400 Hertz, directly influencing the output voltage. Users can choose from a selectable output voltage range of 0 to the rated motor voltage. For smooth operation, the drive offers two separate and programmable acceleration and deceleration times, adjustable from 0 to 3600 seconds in 0.1-second increments, along with multiple stop modes.
