Allen Bradley engineered the 100-D180D11 is an IEC magnetic contactor belonging to the 100-D series. It comes with one normally open (NO) and one normally closed (NC) auxiliary contact. With this contactor, a terminal lug kit with a cross-section of 6 to 300 MCM and a tightening torque of 88-106 lb-in can be used. It features an opening delay of 25 to 110 milliseconds and a closing delay of 20-45 milliseconds. It has auxiliary contacts with rated voltages of 600 VAC and 600 VDC, as well as a continuous current rating of 10 amps at 40 degrees Celsius for general-purpose loads. The 100-D180D11 contactor has a rated operational current of 180 amps at 400 volts AC (3-phase). At 690 volts AC (single-phase), the rated operating current is 250 amps. The contactor's rated impulse voltage withstands 12 kilovolts, while the rated isolation voltage is 1000 volts. This non-reversing contactor has a conventional coil rated at 110 volts AC at 50 hertz and 120 volts AC at 60 hertz, with an operating current of 180 amps. The 100-D180D11 is a non-reversing type with a single circuit that can be used for direct control of connected motors, such as starting and stopping. It can also be utilized in forward/reverse applications. The 100-D180D11 is intended for direct panel placement using the pre-molded mounting screw holes on the contactor's housing. The terminals of the contactor are screw-type, threaded thru-hole terminals designed for use with a hexagonal socket screw combined with a ring lug with a minimum diameter of 8.3 mm; the recommended torque for tightening is 22 Nm (195 lb-in).
