The electronic assembly with the catalog number 6248BP10822 is part of Series 623/624 by ABB/Taylor. The component is a relay output component with normally-open outputs. It operates on power sources with voltage ratings of 115/230 Volts AC and an operating frequency of 50 to 60 Hertz. The 6248BP10822 electronic assembly can be used with an additional hand-held monitor that shows the current states of all the outputs. The current states are shown on Line 4 of the screen. Additionally, the monitor displays individual circuits with the fault and force status of the outputs. The 6248BP10822 electronic assembly features EEPROM diagnostics for system failures and it does not include any diagnostics for individual circuits. The supported wire sizes for the field wiring of devices are AWG #22 and AWG #12. It should be noted that the relay block components such as the 6248BP10822 electronic assembly can be used as BSM controllers. The 6248BP10822 electronic assembly dissipates 10.1 Watts of energy as heat and it has an isolation voltage of 1500 Volts. The unit has 16 available outputs and it needs a power source with a current rating of 87 milliamps.
