The GE Fanuc 6247BP10730 terminal assembly is the terminal assembly for the GE Fanuc 6247BP10710 input block. This input block consists of the 6247BP10730 terminal assembly and a compatible electronic assembly and it is a TRIO I/O block that comes with 16 input circuits. It runs on AC voltage and it is rated at 115 Volts AC. The 6247BP10730 terminal assembly and the whole I/O block supports both 2-wire and 3-wire proximity switch inputs, and the block’s 16 inputs, which are divided into 2 groups of 8, are often used to connect to the contact closures on pushbuttons, limit switches, and other kinds of switches. Additionally, the power line that supplies power to the inputs also supplies power to the block and the 6247BP10730 terminal assembly, which means that the block does not need its own separate power supply.

 

The GE Fanuc 6247BP10730 terminal assembly and the GE Fanuc 6247BP10710 TRIO input block that it is part of are compatible with the GE Fanuc IC66HHM501 hand held monitor, but not with any other GE Fanuc hand held monitor model. However, this input block and its components are compatible with any QBIM module, PCIM module, and any GE Fanuc Genius bus controller. When all 16 inputs are operating at their full current capacity, the input block will dissipate 28 Watts of power as heat. It can operate at a temperature between 32 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit, and it can be stored at a temperature between -40 and 212 degrees Fahrenheit.
