The ABB 6247BP10710 input block is a 16-circuit input block which is rated for 115 Volts AC. The 6247BP10710 input block provides an interface to 115 Volts AC rated discrete input sensors. The 16 input circuits are split into 2 banks of 8 circuits each. The module can accept inputs from a wide range of devices including pushbuttons, switches, and limit switches. The 6247BP10710 input block can be used with 2-wire and 3-wire proximity switch inputs. Control power for the 6247BP10710 input block is derived from the power supply for the inputs. One LED is provided on the module for showing status of each of the inputs and 2 LEDs are provided to show the status of the I/O block.
