Technical Information

The ABB 6246BP10811 block is a complete I/O block which is rated for 115 Volts AC/125 Volts DC. The 6246BP10811 I/O block does not support failed switch diagnostics. The 6246BP10811 I/O block has 2 main components: a terminal assembly with the catalog number 6246BP10830 and an electronics assembly with the catalog number 6246BP10821. Eight I/O channels are available on the 6246BP10811 I/O block and they can be used to interface with discrete AC / DC input devices, including sensors and actuators.  The supported operating voltage ranges are 93 to 132 Volts AC and 105 to 140 Volts DC. The I/O circuits support 47 to 63 Hertz AC line frequencies with a maximum ripple of 10%. The power supply dropout time is 1 cycle or 10 milliseconds.
